During a recent trip to a local winery, a couple of friends and I participated in a wine tasting.

I was deciding which wines to try when one in particular caught my attention; Lemon Wine. Intrigued, I asked for a tasting sample.

Moser Roth Dominican Republic 75% Cocoa

Previously, I wrote a review on a Moser Roth single origin milk chocolate sourced from Ghana. For today's review, this single origin dark chocolate bar is made from cacao grown in the Dominican Republic.

91% cocoa is an extremely dark chocolate. If you want to taste a multi-bean chocolate blend without the distraction of other added ingredients, then this is your bar!

Actually, there are very small amounts of added sugar, vanilla, and cocoa butter, but considering that 91% out of 100% is pure crushed cacao, these are not much of a contributing factor.

Goodnessknows Very Cranberry Snack Squares

I picked up a package of goodnessknows® Very Cranberry snack squares at my local Sam’s Club.
