    Re your number 11: you should point out that it should be undutched Cocoa. Dutching the cocoa kills the flavonoids that produce the antioxidants in our bodies. Look for cocoa that has not been alkalized and has been processed at the lowest possible temperature as excessive heat kills the good qualities in the cocoa. Raw cocoa is always best!
