Peanut, Raisin and Chocolate Clusters Recipe

This simple recipe will delight your taste buds and leave you feeling satisfied due to the hunger-quenching properties of the peanuts and raisins. This recipe is perfect for a bit of dessert or a snack on its own.

Peanut, Raisin and Chocolate Clusters

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup peanuts
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Beat egg white until frothy, add sugar gradually; continue beating until light. Stir in raisins, peanuts and chocolate chips. Place in mounds on cookie sheet lined with parchment (or buttered and floured). Bake in preheated 375° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or till browned. Cool before eating.
