3-Step Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Bread

Ice cream bread is well loved by many. It's easy to whip up that even little boys and girls can enjoy doing it.

The ice cream has just the right amount of fat for the bread to be moist and sweet. If you like it a little bit sweeter, you can always put in more sugar. It’s your call. You can use plain vanilla ice cream and it will work just fine.

3-Step Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Bread

• 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
• 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
• 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
• Sprinkles

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combined the ice cream, flour, and chocolate chips in a bowl. Press the batter into a buttered 5×3 loaf pan and shake the sprinkles on top.
 
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown. Allow to cool for five minutes in the loaf pan, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
