Chocolate Helps Jennifer Hudson Reach Ideal Weight

It's probably safe to assume that you know Jennifer Hudson, an American recording artist, actress and spokesperson. It’s fairly well known that she went from a size 16 to a size 6.

You’ve heard it before and you’ve read it before, especially if you were able to stumble upon my previous blog posts. According to recent studies, chocolate can actually aid individuals who are looking to shed some unwanted pounds. Research has shown that people who frequently consume chocolate have a lower body mass index (BMI) compared to those who don’t. Body mass index is the ratio of weight to height, and this indicates the body’s fatness.

Moreover, such study showed that people who frequently consumed a massive amount of chocolate had higher BMI's than people who consumed less amounts of chocolate less frequently. That said, it does not give you over free license to eat 30 pounds of chocolate every time you eat chocolate.

In Jennifer's case, she used chocolate to gain pounds. Reportedly, she has been eating a lot of chocolate recently, but not to cheat on her diet. She has been doing so in order to gain back her ideal weight after having lost ten pounds for a certain role in a movie she was in.

Jennifer has lost more than 80 pounds since becoming the face of WeightWatchers back in 2010. She allegedly claimed that her current frame is too small for her taste. "I think this is the final, lowest weight. I actually was just filming a movie where I had to lose 10 pounds, but I started thinking maybe this is too tiny. I still like to have some curves. I just spent the past week working my way up to my ideal weight," Jennifer said.

Ironically, it was Jennifer’s sweet tooth that backed her up in boosting her figure after wrapping production on the unnamed film."I love chocolate. I ate the rest of my weight. I got to the point where I was like, this is enough. So I've gained all the weight back.” she said.
