Strawberry and Chocolate

It is a nice fact that chocolates are numerous and come in different varieties and types. With many creative ideas and thoughts that people spend on creating these treats, you wouldn’t have a hard time looking for something to give to your sweet-toothed friend. In my opinion, this is  really a good thing to ponder upon and a worthy topic to be talked about.

Chocolates are such a craved-for treat. Craving sweets is a natural trait among people. Unfortunately, it sometimes gets out of hand and people wonder what steps they can take to stop craving sweets. (If you're in this category, you're at the wrong website.)

Chocolates are undeniably tied to many cultures and many holidays and many more celebrations. Chocolate birthday cakes, chocolate eggs for Easter, and even chocolate bars for Halloween are just some of the occasions that utilize these sweet and luscious treats.

Almost all of us have varying reasons as to why we buy chocolates. We buy chocolates depending on tastes, brand names, price, and quality. Some even buy based on particular ingredients in the chocolate.

The French are often on top of the food industry and cooking success. They may have long ago mastered wine, and now they continue to bring about changes to the chocolate industry.  Today, specifically, I'm talking about chocolate covered strawberries.

This treat is too much to resist.  Chocolate covered strawberries are now greatly connected to romance in America.  It is such a treat that is very perfect for that special someone.

Step aside Godiva, the Jean-Charles Rochoux's version has been taking the world on a whirlwind. While the former's strawberries may be a sought after treat around Valentine's Day, Jean-Charles Rochoux (a native of Paris) has arrived with a new idea to shake the ranks of chocolatiers and artisans.

Jean-Charles Rochoux - Ephemeral Chocolate BarThis classic combination has been reborn into something new.  The chocolate-coated strawberry bar is called the Ephemeral Chocolate Bar and it's an integral part of the Jean-Charles Rochoux’s temporary chocolate collection. Unfortunately, given their quality and ephemeral trait, they cannot be ordered online.

But at least you can enjoy the photo.  Imagine breaking off one of those squares! Or two, or three...
