Eat Chocolate for Younger Skin

10 years of research has finally brought us "Esthechoc", the anti-aging chocolate bar developed by Cambridge-based company Lycotec, and also referred to as "Cambridge Beauty Chocolate."

The small 7.5g bars are supposedly able to be consumed for improved skin conditions. And by "improved skin conditions", they mean wrinkle reduction. How exciting is that!

Cadbury’s Chocolate Crème Egg Recipe

Nestlé USA Drops Artificial Flavor and Color from Chocolate

Announced on February 17th, 2015, Nestlé USA claimed it will be the first major candy manufacturer to eliminate all artificial color and flavor from its chocolates. The company plans to have this goal completed by the end of 2015. 

Alongside this endeavor, Nestlé USA is also seeking to remove caramel coloring from its chocolate products, which is used in nine of the 250+ chocolate products. Additionally, all upcoming chocolate and non-chocolate candy products (gummies, sours, etc.) introduced by Nestlé USA will be made without artificial flavors or colors.

Industry City, a complex of 16 buildings on the edge of Sunset Park in Brooklyn, NY, recently became the home to Manhattan’s oldest chocolate house, Li-Lac Chocolates. The chocolate shop now sits among wholesaler’s trucks, loading docks, laundry mats, and barber shops. Although its wrap around windows and chocolate aromas are most inviting, some were not enthused to welcome Li-Lac to the neighborhood in late 2014.
