Trader Joe’s Cold Brew Coffee chocolate is a 70% dark, caramel filled bar. Strong coffee aromas emanate from the package as soon as you rip open the foil wrapper. I love the smell of coffee!

I’m an avid reader. I especially like a good book series. I’m always eager to dive into the next book even when I’ve barely finished the one I’m reading.
I have the same relationship with chocolate bars from Indulgence Chocolatiers. After I finish one variety of bar, I’m ready to try the next. Out of the nearly 20 different offerings, I think I’ve only had 5 so far.

Caribou Coffee – Mocha

I'm sitting at a local Caribou Coffee waiting for a business associate to arrive. This morning I ordered a medium Mocha from the Espresso menu.
The medium Mocha is 2 shots of espresso, steamed milk, cocoa, whipped cream, and chocolate shavings. It is served with a chocolate covered espresso bean set on the cover. That's where I started today. Sometimes I save the espresso bean for the end, saving the best for last so to speak. Not today. I figure it's time to start with a bang, get some strong flavor, along with a bit of caffeine in a quick dose.
