Augmented Chocolates

First, we have Dark Milk Chocolate. It's a mix of dark chocolate and milk chocolate. It has a cocoa percentage ranging from 50% to 70% and also contains milk powder, giving it a creamy texture. You can easily distinguish it from pure chocolate by its light reddish color.

Next, we have Ruby Callebaut Chocolate. This unique chocolate was discovered by a Belgian chocolate maker named Barry Callebaut in 2017. It stands out for its pinkish color and is rumored to be a pure form of chocolate. However, it has a naturally sour taste, unlike other chocolates.

Another interesting type is Gianduja Chocolate, which combines milk chocolate with hazelnut butter, sugar, and cocoa butter or beans. It may also include other nuts or use natural vanilla extract. This chocolate has its origins in Turin, Italy, in the early 1800s. Its name is inspired by a person who was known for his love of wine. It has a hazel brown color due to the presence of hazelnuts.

Lastly, there's Couverture Chocolate, which is commonly used by bakers, pastry chefs, and chocolatiers. It is a high-quality chocolate that comes in dark, milk, and white variations. It has a finer texture because it is finely ground and contains a higher percentage of cocoa butter compared to other ingredients.
