Chocolate Covered Raisins Recipe

What you need:

  • 1 cup raisins
  • Parchment paper or baking sheet

What to do:

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chopped dark chocolate in a microwave while stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.

Add the raisins and stir well so that all raisins are fully covered in chocolate.

Use a spoon and transfer the chocolate covered raisins into a parchment paper or baking sheet. Try to separate them to avoid clumps.

Set aside to cool or refrigerate for 15 minutes. And that’s it! Serve into cute bowls or eat fresh from the tray. 😊
