Not only are these treats super yummy on their own, they will also look good as a topper and table decoration for your celebration. You can also pack them and give as gifts or as party favors.

With the pretzel rods providing just enough saltiness and the dark chocolate adding the perfect sweetness, you can pair these with any drinks or munch on them on their own for dessert. Or, you can do both! 😊

Chocolate Turkey Thanksgiving Pretzels

What you need:

  • Pretzel Rods
  • Candy Corn
  • Candy Eyes
  • Chocolate Covered cookies (Like Grasshopper Cookies)
  • ½ cup dark chocolate bars, chopped (Can also use chocolate melting chips)
  • Orange Reese’s Pieces

What to do:

Arrange the chocolate cookies in a wax paper. Make sure there is enough space between each other.

In a medium bowl. Heat the chopped dark chocolate pieces. You can also use a cup and heat in the microwave, checking every at least 30 seconds, to make sure everything is completely melted.

Cool the melted chocolate for 2 minutes, then dip the pretzel rods up at least half of the pretzel. Set aside.

Then, place the candy corn around the cookie in a circle, making sure the tip is in the middle of the cookie. Add more melted chocolate in the middle and place the chocolate dipped pretzel rods. Let it set and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes.

Add more of melted chocolate in the middle part of the pretzel rod and place the candy eyes and Reese’s as the beak. Then put it back in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow everything to set.

And that’s it! You can place these in a nice plate on the table, or stick them on some other desserts. Either way, kids and adults will love them!

For storage tips, place them in an airtight container and refrigerate for a week. But I'm sure it will all be gone before that! 😊
